Student Government works under a governing constitution. The SGA Constitution was ratified by the Student Association (the student body) with the help of UCW's administration in 2019 and outlines the fundamental structure and responsibilities of the Student Government. Under the Constitution, different parts of Student Government have also adopted by-laws detailing their membership, operation, and function.
